I’m Jenna Waites. Over the past year, I’ve been running round robin auctions and successfully selling houses in one of the WORST real estate markets this country. With vacant houses and for sales signs on every street in town, I have learned how to drive traffic to a house and create a bidding frenzy, when the house down the street hasn’t had a showing in 4 months!
I’ve run auctions for prominent investors and have consulted with individual home owners. I was also involved running the live auction and a member on the expert panel at Tom Nardone and Lydia Trotter’s 3 day seminar on auctioning houses.
